IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
- The original plan for this field was to have three short versions (100,200,300) which would each
   be observed once. Kevin Covey provided target lists for each version (some stars included in all lists),
   but each list contained only ~105 stars. In order for these fields to all be short versions, this meant
   there would need to be 3*(230-105)=375 stars meeting standard short-cohort criteria (H<11, etc). 
   Unfortunately, this is a sparse field with only 326 such stars available. The best solution to this dilemma
   was to change 100,200,300 to 110,210,310, where the 010 cohort could easily be filled with H<12.2 
   randomly-selected stars that would be observed on all 3 plates. We alotted 115 short targets (to include
   all Covey targets) and 115 medium targets.
